Refund Policy

In general, a product may be eligible for a refund within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
  • Was delivered with a manufacturing defect
  • Is different from what was ordered
  • Is different from its description on the product detail page
We do not refund the amount in any case other than above reasons. You may get a Gift Voucher of the product amount excluding shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

Size / Fit Issue

You may return the product and get a new size for the same product. You just need to pay the shipping charges required. To know shipping charges, please visit Shipping & Deliveries.

General Terms & Conditions for Returns / Exchange / Refund

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original labels and invoices.
  • Products that have been damaged by your usage are not eligible for returned or exchange or refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in any above case.
  • If we not able to arrange reverse pick-up for the product due to some technical reasons or unavailability of our logistics partners, in the case, you may be requested to send such products to our registered address through any available courier services.
  • You must get an authorization email from us before returning the product.
  • The company reserves the right to accept or reject the request for return.

Exchange/Return Policy for International Orders

For our international orders, we take special care to check the quality of products before sending them. We only send the best products and request our customers to check the size guide and product details before placing the orders. Therefore, we currently do not have an exchange/return policy for international orders.

Import Duty and Taxes

The selling prices are excluding the custom duties and taxes of the countries. You have to pay the custom duties and taxes as per your countries rules and regulations. If you are unable to pay the same at the time of delivery, the order would be return to origin or discarded by the logistic partner.
